We bring interactive, age appropriate, strength training to 9 to 18 year old athletes in multiple sports with step-by-step workouts, the ability to record personal data and track progress with others through our forums and feedback.
Our strength training programs, varying in length depending on your sport, are affordable, research-based and designed by world leading strength coaches. NFT workouts are performed by national and top professionals via internet TV who sweat it out with you as you go through the exercises.
Through instruction using state-of-the art video analysis, we motivate and monitor young athletes to participate in our strength and conditioning programs through a unique web based data collection system or "THE GRID" that is used for storing, sharing, analyzing and organizing their workouts results.
